Black and White Wedding Invitations + Inspiration

February 26th, 2014

Today we’re talking all things black and white inspired! From polka dotted bow ties to dramatic striped table runners…b&w is a classic, yet modern color scheme that really wows guests. It gives you the ability to be understated and streamlined, while also sophisticated and sleek.

This look was inspired by the Eliza wedding suite designed by EOH. This design features an elegant calligraphy font paired with a more clean, modern text. We love the way these black and white wedding invitations come together below!

If you simply go black and white for the color scheme, we love the idea of introducing pattern play into your wedding day decor. Mix stripes with polka dots with checker board- be bold!

Champagne looks darling with a dotted ribbon wrapped around the neck.

* How incredible is this gigantic checker board dance floor in b&w?!? This stage makes a statement with class. Add white market lights strung across the space and you are ready for an all-night-long dance party!

* We love how daring this bride went by choosing b&w striped bridesmaids dresses and we think her bold move paid off! These girls look classy and chic in their stripes.

* Wanting to add something fun to your groom without going overboard? This polka dot handkerchief is the perfect touch.

* If your day will unfold outdoors, imagine how playful oversized balloons would be as part of the decor. Go all white and these balloons manage to be sophisticated and playful all at the same time.

* Looking for dramatic impact?! These long striped table runners are to die for! They give your tables such personality and flair.

As always, EOH can customize any wedding paper suite to fit your event perfectly. The black and white line you see above could easily be changed to fit your color scheme, too!

Exciting News: EOH has updated the online shop with many {brand new!} wedding lines. Take a peek for yourself here!
